SLG is committed to delivering your apparel orders efficiently and reliably. Based in the United States, we offer domestic and international shipping options to meet your needs. Below is our detailed shipping policy to ensure transparency about shipping times, costs, and procedures.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 9–14 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 5–9 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed by 2:00 PM EDT, Monday–Friday)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Business days exclude weekends and major U.S. holidays. Processing time is typically 1–2 business days before shipment.

Domestic Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate for orders under $75; free for orders $75 and above.

  • Expedited Shipping: $12.99 flat rate.

  • Overnight Shipping: $24.99 flat rate.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected method and order total. All rates apply to the contiguous U.S. Additional fees may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, which will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

SLG ships to select international destinations. Available countries are listed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Expedited International Shipping: 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local postal service delays. Processing time is typically 1–2 business days before shipment.

International Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for international orders vary based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country’s customs service.

  • SLG is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs authority for estimated fees before placing an order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday– Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EDT or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for expedited or overnight shipping methods.

  • Certain items (e.g., oversized or hazardous materials) may have shipping restrictions, which will be noted at checkout.

  • International shipping may be restricted to certain countries due to local regulations or carrier limitations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s website which will be provided once your order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at SLG@SteppingLikeGOD.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement or refund.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. SLG is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
